Corporate image is the set of perceptions, ideas, values and emotions that the general public, as well as customers, employees, investors and other interest groups, have about a company, organization or brand. This image is formed through interaction with the company at various touch points, such as advertising, customer service, quality of products or services, online and offline communication, among others.

Corporate image covers both tangible and intangible aspects of a company. It includes visual elements such as the logo, the imagotype and the isotype, as well as more abstract aspects such as reputation, organizational culture, business values and customer experience.
