User Experience

User Experience, commonly known by its acronym UX (User Experience), refers to all the emotions, perceptions, physical and psychological responses that a person experiences when interacting with a product or service, especially in the digital context.

UX not only refers to ease of use, but also how the user feels before, during and after interacting with a website, application or product. This can include things like loading speed, intuitiveness of layout, navigation efficiency, and overall sense of satisfaction or frustration.

For businesses, offering great UX is essential to retaining customers and improving conversions. If users find it difficult to navigate a website or use an app, they are likely to abandon and look for alternatives.

User-centered design, A/B testing, user interviews, and customer journey maps are common tools and techniques used to improve UX.
